課程概述

本課程除介紹幹細胞之分類及特性外，將就目前胚幹細胞及成體幹細胞之研究進展各舉數個實例說明，更進一步探討幹細胞自我更新及分化之相關訊息傳遞及其所需之生長因子；另將體細胞核移植之技術與胚幹細胞相結合，介紹治療用複製技術，以避免細胞治療之免疫排斥問題，最後將幹細胞產業發展有關之倫理道德、宗教及法令規範等相關問題提出討論。 

課程目標
 了解幹細胞基礎生物學及產業化應用概況。
